Services Offered:
1. Respond and Represent
Ross & Suchoff will draft and submit response papers on behalf of your company and have a personal representative attend the hearing. If the hearing is adjourned or put over for some reason, and additional hearings are necessary a representative will be present.
2. Represent
Your company handles the drafting and submission of the response papers. Ross & Suchoff will have a personal representative attend the hearing. If the hearing is adjourned or put over for some reason, and additional hearings are necessary a representative will be present.
3. Counterclaim and Represent
Ross & Suchoff will draft and submit the counterclaim along with all evidence supplied by the client and have a personal representative attend the hearing.
4. Arbitration and Represent
Ross & Suchoff will draft and submit the initial arbitration along with all evidence supplied by the client and have a personal representative attend the hearing. If the Respondent files a counterclaim there will be no extra charge to handle the defense of the counterclaim.
